Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join a forward-thinking BIM Services company in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be able to operate on a remote basis whilst working across a variety of MEP projects, within the built environment sector.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of multidisciplinary projects using relevant software tools, such as Revit and AutoCAD.
-Collaborate with engineers and design teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements and general outlined specifications.
-Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and key legislations.
-Support project delivery from early design through to construction, whilst maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project's lifecycle.
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and other project professionals, to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring project efficiency.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, or similar role, with experience of working on multidisciplinary MEP projects.
-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP, and an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks.
-Solid understanding of MEP systems and site workflows, with the ability to interpret detailed drawings and specifications.
-Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
