What You'll Do:

• Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
• Drive sales and customer service through effective team leadership.
• Engage with customers to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
• Support the development of your team through coaching and training.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage the store operations efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve retail targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
• Support in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
